Little Yellow Flower has raised an amount of RM 985,213.55 since 26th March 2020 til December 2021 with the initial thought that it was only for our Medical Frontliners. However, we quickly realized that there were many families affected due to the pandemic and we decided to use the money raised to buy medical supplies, equipment and for the families in need.
Throughout the 2 years, Malaysia underwent a series of partial and full lockdown and because more families approached us for help, we had 2 mini campaigns in between to raise more funds to help those in need regardless of race, nation or social status as many were deeply affected and not just the underprivileged. We expanded our work across the nation such as Sabah, Alor Star, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Perak and Johor.
We have reached out to a total of 2448 families by sending them care packs consisting of basic necessities to at least provide some food on the table and their personal hygiene. Little Yellow Flower Foundation would like to thank all donors, sponsors and volunteers for their continuous support throughout this period as it meant a lot to keep the work going.
