Badminton Game

Playing badminton is one of the healthy, active, and fun activities we can enjoy. Children usually do different indoor activities at the centre and to break away from their usual routines, we decided to play badminton games so they can experience stress-free and active sports activity for a change.
Physical & fitness activities are key for children’s development & well-being in many ways. Children can improve coordination, balance, posture, and flexibility by playing badminton or other sports activities. We had so much fun out in the sun while trying to score the game point as we played a few games by teaming up or playing with each other. Children said they look forward to more sports activities in the future.
