“Eggshell Painting” is another fun, simple, egg-citing activity we did with the children at the centre. We use a lot of eggs at the centre. Most of the eggshells end up in the compost, but every once in a while we put some aside to use for crafts.
The children took the lead in crushing the eggshells and gathered all the necessary items for the activity. Once all the preparations were complete, they started sketching the designs on paper, gluing the eggshells, and painting on them to bring their imagination to life with their hands. The children were beamed with pride as they saw the results of their creations. We decided to display them at our center to preserve these artistic achievements as cherished memories.
